Q. How long will my order take?
A. Your order must go through several stages before production actually begins. On average your order will take approx. 10 business days. Due to seasonal times this may change, you will be notified when your order is placed.
Q. What are your embroidery guidelines?
A. Left chest-4x4”, Full Back 12x12”, sleeve logo 3x3” and caps 14x2.5” these dimensions are approximate, depending on your design. Minimum lettering height for embroidery is .25”.
Q. What are your screen printing guidelines?
A. Left chest 4x4”, Full front 12x12, small center 5-6” wide, Full back 12x12”, cap 2.25x4.25, sleeve 14x2 these dimensions are approximate, depending on your design.
Q. Why do I need to approve the artwork?
A. To make sure that spelling, punctuation, layout and colors are all correct before your artwork goes to production. All artwork must be approved by the customer.
Q. If I don’t see what I am looking for can you find it for me?
A. Yes, we will do everything we can to help you find what you are looking for. We have over thousands of different suppliers to help us achieve this.
Q. Can I return an item once it is ordered?
A. Not if the item or garment is already decorated. Undecorated items may be returned for a 25% restocking charge.
Q. Are there any extra charges?
A. You may have art charges or digitizing charges and shipping if applicable. You will be notified when your order is placed of all charges.
Q. How long do you keep the artwork on file?
A. We keep artwork on file up to 10 years.
Q. What format should I send my artwork file in?
A. If possible please send artwork in Illustrator for screen printing. We can work with just about any kind of file, drawing or sketch. Any questions please call us at (563)557-8229.
Q. Will the t-shirt/garment shrink when it’s washed?
A. Most of the 100% cotton t-shirts are pre-shrunk- But, we like to think that they still shrink a little-but, not a full size.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards with a 4% convenience fee. A personal or company check, money order, purchase orders or we can setup terms with an application.
Q. Once I place an order, can I add to it later?
A. Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to add to it. After that a new order must be submitted. Rush orders may not be changed at any time.
